Lazy Sunday Bench Day: Our Workout for 1/13/13

Hello everyone! Here is our workout for this Sunday morning.

Wes:

1 hour long Circuit:

Bench press, split squats, jumping rope, and pull-ups.

Highlights:

Bench press: 315lb x 1 at 153 lb with Fat Gripz on the bar.

Whitney:

10 grueling sets of sleep, super setted with nap time.

1 intense set of sitting on couch with chi-weenies.
