Good Morning, Bad Morning, Heavy Morning: Workout for 1/12/13

Hello Nation! Here is our workout from this morning.

Squats (singles):

45 x 5 (warm-up)

85lb, 95, 105, 115, 125 (PR!!!)

Bench Press:

45lb x 5 (warm-up)

55 x 2

65 x2

70 x 1


Squats (singles):

135lb, 225, 315, 365, 405, 445

Wes squatting because he can. He was only inches away from a triple body weight squat (without a belt).

Good Mornings:

275lb x 5

285lb x 5

Good morning (more of a squat morning). This strengthens my lower back and as a belt less squatter lower back/core strength is crucial because it is typically the limiting factor in how much weight I can lift.
