Our Thursday Circuit Training: Workout for 1/10/13

Hello All!

Here at Barbell Nation, we will be posting our daily workouts for your viewing pleasure. Here is what we did today.

Wes: The Do Something Circuit

-20 minutes of raging.

-Ran hills with chi-weenies.

Whitney: Kettlebell- Body Weight Circuit

I complete 3 rounds of this circuit and added one extra set of push-ups for good measure.

– 20 Kettlebell swings (35 lb)

-10 Curls with resistance bands

-10 Lateral Raises with resistance bands

-10 over head presses with resistance bands

-10 push-ups

-30 second plank

-10 body weight lunges

-10 body weight squats
